About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging senior-secondary English lessons aligned to NEP 2025 (competency-based learning, experiential activities, formative assessments).
- Plan and document high-quality lesson plans ; differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
- Use edtech/computers confidently for teaching, assessment, and communication.
- Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Track student progress; communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Contribute to clubs, assemblies, and school events.
Eligibility & Preferences
- Master's Degree in English (required).
- HTET/CTET qualified (required).
- B.Ed (required).
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).
- Preference to experienced teachers.
- Proficient with computers; well-versed in NEP 2025 pedagogical practices.
