About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach senior-secondary History with inquiry-based, experiential approaches and competency-based assessments per NEP 2025.
  • Prepare rigorous lesson plans and unit maps integrating sources, debates, projects, and interdisciplinary links.
  • Leverage computers/edtech for instruction, research tasks, and feedback.
  • Ensure effective classroom management and inclusive practices.
  • Assess learning outcomes; maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in academic events, field trips, and school initiatives.

Eligibility & Preferences

  • Master's Degree in History (required).
  • HTET/CTET qualified (required).
  • B.Ed (required).
  • Excellent communication; fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills (required).
  • Preference to experienced teachers.
  • Proficient with computers; well-trained in NEP 2025 skills and strategies.
