Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lower Parel
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and responding appropriately.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for client meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for projects and presentations.
- Assist in tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work assignments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to grow within the company.
