We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems while collaborating with development teams to implement best practices in system design and operations.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain the reliability, availability, and performance of systems and applications.
- Implement automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Manage incidents and provide timely responses to production issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system health.
- Participate in on-call rotations and perform root cause analysis for outages.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and incident management processes.
