Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in automation, monitoring, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, ), observability tools, and incident response, ensuring reliability and scalability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop automation scripts and integrations using Python, , and Bash to streamline operations and improve observability.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Splunk and Dynatrace, ensuring proactive detection of issues.
  • Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to drive service reliability improvements.
  • Implement and manage Akamai configurations for application performance optimization and bot mitigation.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or equivalent) to support continuous delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, , and Bash.
  • Proficiency in working with REST APIs, JSON/YAML, and HTTP protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins (or similar tools) for pipeline development.
  • Expertise in monitoring and observability tools, especially Splunk and Dynatrace.
  • Experience working with Jira and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus.
