- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate and timely information to callers and visitors
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all visitor and employee information
