Job Title Finance Manager Job Location Durg Chhattisgarh Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage all financial activities of the organization The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial reporting ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and offering strategic insights to guide business decisions The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements reports and forecasts Lead the budgeting process and track performance against budget Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements Ensure compliance with accounting principles internal controls and regulatory requirements Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes Assist with financial audits and liaise with external auditors Monitor financial KPIs and provide timely analysis to support decision-making Support senior leadership with financial strategy risk management and cost control measures Manage and mentor junior finance staff and support their professional development Stay updated on industry trends tax regulations and financial best practices Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Finance 1 year Required Work Location In person
