PLG at Signeasy you will be at the forefront of driving user acquisition engagement and retention through a product-centric approach You will be responsible for building and optimizing the user journey ensuring that every interaction with our product contributes to growth Reporting directly to the Head of Product you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies that leverage the product as the primary driver of growth Key Responsibilities PLG Strategy Develop and execute a product-led growth strategy that drives user acquisition activation and retention Identify and leverage key growth levers within the product experience User Journey Optimization Analyze and optimize every user journey stage from onboarding to activation to long-term engagement Implement changes that reduce friction increase conversion rates and enhance user satisfaction Data-Driven Insights Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure the impact of product changes Conduct A B testing cohort analysis and other experiments to validate hypotheses and refine strategies Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering design marketing success and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of PLG initiatives Align growth objectives with overall business goals Customer Feedback Insights Engage with users to gather insights and feedback Use this information to refine the product experience and inform growth strategies Adoption Engagement Own feature adoption influence engagement with life-cycle emailers and influence cross-platform adoption integration mobile to influence conversion and retention Retention Monetization Develop strategies to improve customer retention and increase lifetime value Identify opportunities for upsell cross-sell and monetization within the product Metrics Reporting Define and track key performance indicators KPIs for product-led growth initiatives Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the success of growth efforts Leadership Mentorship Mentor and guide junior product managers data team and other team members Foster a culture of experimentation learning and continuous improvement Qualifications Experience 5 years of product management or equivalent experience focusing on product-led growth 8-10 years of overall experience in IT Experience in a SaaS environment is highly preferred PLG Expertise Deep understanding of product-led growth principles and tactics Proven track record of driving growth through a product-centric approach Experimental Mindset Proven ability to design execute and iterate on experiments using data-driven insights to drive product growth and innovation Technical Acumen Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies with the ability to work closely with engineering teams Experience with analytics and growth tools like Mixpanel Amplitude or similar Analytical Skills Excellent ability to analyze data identify trends and make data-driven decisions Experience with A B testing cohort analysis and other growth experimentation methods User-Centric Mindset Passionate about understanding and solving user problems Ability to translate user needs into actionable product features that drive growth Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Clearly articulate growth strategies and product vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders Why work with Signeasy Signeasy values Respect Integrity Growth Honesty and Trust We operate as a smaller close-knit and nimble team We are opinionated but collaborative We disagree but commit to a mutual decision We are modern but do not follow trends blindly We are easy to work with but we believe in having difficult conversations We ask many questions but try to experiment and fail fast We are deeply empathetic towards our customers our colleagues and ourselves We are the EasyTribe and we highly recommend you ask enough questions about our culture and see if there is a job-human connection that can make this a fascinating experience for you and us at Signeasy Our people are our most significant assets You will be working alongside some of the smartest most humble people across the globe who come from diverse backgrounds and have unparalleled experiences We are a remote-friendly organization that believes in hybrid workplace flexibility a mix of in-person collaboration at the office and focused work from home Meet Signeasy s leadership and core team Read our origin story Take a peek at Signeasy s culture Learn more about growth at Signeasy Signeasy is an equal-opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
