Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage advisory and compliance functions across:
* Direct Tax and GST
* International Tax and Transfer Pricing
* Accounting & Audit
* Startup Advisory & Fund Raising
* Fractional CFO Services
* Corporate Financial Advisory
* Legal & Regulatory Compliance
* Planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) Mandatory
- 02 years of relevant experience in a CA Firm
- Strong knowledge of Indian Tax Laws and Financial Reporting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Tally
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books (preferred)
