Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie Italian Cuisine to join our culinary team The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of authentic Italian dishes ingredients and cooking techniques ensuring consistent quality and presentation in every plate served Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes including pasta risotto pizza antipasti and main courses as per standard recipes Assist in menu planning development and seasonal updates with the Sous Chef or Head Chef Ensure food preparation and presentation meet restaurant standards and guest expectations Supervise and guide junior chefs and commis in the section Maintain high standards of hygiene cleanliness and food safety in compliance with HACCP and kitchen policies Monitor portion control minimize wastage and ensure cost-effective production Coordinate with the stewarding team for proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment Ensure proper storage labeling and rotation of ingredients Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service during busy operations Stay updated on culinary trends especially in Italian cuisine and introduce innovative ideas to enhance the menu Requirements Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management 4-7 years of professional kitchen experience with at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie specializing in Italian cuisine Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients sauces pasta types baking and plating techniques Experience in a fine-dining or five-star hotel environment preferred Excellent leadership time management and multitasking skills Commitment to maintaining quality consistency and hygiene standards Flexibility to work in shifts weekends and under pressure Key Skills Italian Cuisine Expertise Team Leadership Quality Hygiene Management Menu Development Cost Waste Control Creativity Presentation Skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Provident Fund
