Job Description We are seeking an O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerShell Professional with good experience in support projects and strong troubleshooting knowledge. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the M365 environment and PowerShell scripting, possessing good experience in handling SharePoint Online and OneDrive sync issues. You should be capable of handling major escalations individually and providing support to the team, along with having knowledge in Licenses handling in O365 and AD Sync issues. Key Responsibilities - M365 Environment Management: Act as an expert in the M365 environment, providing comprehensive support and administration. - Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting knowledge and support for various O365 services. - PowerShell Scripting: Utilize PowerShell scripting extensively for automation, administration, and troubleshooting tasks within M365. - SharePoint & OneDrive: Resolve SharePoint Online and OneDrive sync issues, ensuring seamless collaboration and file synchronization for users. - Escalation Handling: Handle major escalations individually, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills to bring issues to resolution. - Team Support: Provide guidance and support to other team members on complex O365-related issues. - License Management: Possess knowledge in Licenses handling in O365. - Identity Management: Address and resolve AD Sync issues, ensuring proper synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD. - Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of support procedures and solutions. Required Skills and Experience - Good experience in Support projects and strong troubleshooting knowledge. - Expertise in the M365 environment. - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. - Good experience in SharePoint Online and OneDrive sync issues. - Ability to handle major escalations individually and support the team. - Knowledge in Licenses handling in O365. - Knowledge of AD Sync issues. Mandatory Skills - O365 - SharePoint - OneDrive - PowerShell Good to Have Skills - Experience with Exchange. - Experience with Teams. - Experience with Azure AD.
