The Visa Counsellor will assist students in navigating visa application processes, providing end-to-end support in document preparation, form completion, and application follow-ups. Responsibilities include counseling students, researching country-specific regulations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa policies. The role also involves interacting with universities, embassies, and immigration authorities as needed. The Visa Counsellor is expected to ensure a smooth and timely application process, offering guidance tailored to each student's academic and career goals. Qualifications - Experience in visa counseling, application guidance, and understanding of international education systems - Knowledge of country-specific visa regulations, especially for Germany, Canada, the USA, and the UK - Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills - Attention to detail and organizational skills for document management and timelines - Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to work with online application portals - Ability to handle client queries and provide accurate, timely support - Previous experience in education consultancy is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications related to immigration or counseling are advantageous
