About the Role Social Crawler Labs is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) to join our growing team. We want someone who can independently manage editing + design projects, bring fresh ideas, and deliver professional-quality work with quick turnaround times. This role is perfect for candidates who already have hands-on experience (24 years) in content creation and are looking to grow with a fast-paced, creative agency. Key Responsibilities - Edit high-quality videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) and marketing campaigns. - Design engaging graphics such as posts, thumbnails, banners, brochures, and brand assets. - Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative outputs. - Convert raw footage and concepts into polished, engaging final products. - Manage multiple projects with deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand briefs and execute with minimal revisions. - Stay updated with industry trends in design, editing, and digital content. Requirements - 24 years proven experience as a video editor & graphic designer (portfolio required). - Strong command of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Pro). - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Ability to think creatively and deliver engaging, original content. - Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Good communication skills and accountability for deliverables. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) - Motion graphics & animation (After Effects). - Basic knowledge of Figma or DaVinci Resolve. - Experience creating content specifically for social media ads and brand campaigns.
