**Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer**

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to produce high-quality animations and motion graphics that align with our brand identity and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning motion graphics for various projects including social media content, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
- Develop storyboards, concept designs, and animations that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
- Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet the company's standards of quality and creativity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work in motion graphics and animation.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to effectively present ideas and work with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software such as Cinema 4D or Maya.
- Knowledge of video editing and color correction techniques.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
