Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Company: IMS nHance Timings: Flexible (AUS/UK/USA) Job Overview: We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and detail-oriented graphic designer with strong video editing skills, capable of creating compelling visual narratives. You will be responsible for designing engaging graphics and producing high-quality video content for a variety of digital platforms, from social media to websites. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) will play a pivotal role in bringing our creative vision to life. Key Responsibilities: - Graphic Design: - Design visually striking graphics for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements. - Develop creative concepts and design layouts, infographics, promotional banners, and other visual content that aligns with branding strategies. - Ensure all designs are on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for various platforms. - Video Editing & Motion Graphics: - Edit and produce high-quality videos for diverse digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. - Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and user engagement. - Work on video projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring that all videos meet brand guidelines and objectives. - Design and animate short-form videos, explainer videos, and video ads. - Enhance video content with sound design, voiceovers, and music, ensuring audio-visual harmony. - Collaboration & Strategy: - Work closely with the creative team, content managers, and marketing team to understand project requirements and develop compelling visual concepts. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for creative campaigns. - Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine designs and videos, ensuring the final product aligns with project goals. - Quality Assurance: - Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working with design and video assets. - Ensure all content adheres to industry best practices in terms of aesthetics, branding, and technical quality. - Stay current on design and video production trends to keep content fresh and innovative. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or related field. - 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing/motion graphics work. - Solid understanding of video formats, resolutions, and optimization for various platforms (social media, YouTube, etc.). - Excellent eye for design, motion graphics, storytelling, and branding. - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Desirable Skills: - Experience with 3D motion graphics or animation. - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. - Experience with social media content creation and strategy. - Familiarity with video/audio editing software beyond Adobe Suite (e.g., Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). - Understanding of copyright laws, stock footage licensing, and music rights.
