We are hiring for the International US Banking Customer Service process at our Malad and Thane locations. This role is your gateway to a global career where every conversation makes a difference.
Work Location: Malad & Thane (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to 35,000 in-hand (based on experience & last drawn)
Shift Window: US Shift 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (9 working hours)
Schedule: 5 working days and 2 rotational week-offs
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for US banking customers
- Handle account-related queries, transactions, and service requests
- Provide clear, compliant, and customer-friendly solutions
- Maintain high accuracy and adhere to international banking standards
- Deliver service excellence while working in a fast-paced, professional environment
Who We're Looking For
- HSC / Graduate with at least 1 year of International BPO experience (Banking preferred)
- Strong English communication (both written & spoken)
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Open to working in night shifts (US Process)
- Must have all educational and employment documents
