Job Description Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - (Corporate Wellness) Location: Bangalore (On-site) Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Experience Required: 1-3 years in telecalling, inside sales, or appointment setting (preferably in B2B or wellness domain) ---------------------------------------- Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bangalore. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to corporate clients, introduce our range of wellness services, and schedule qualified meetings for our Field Sales (FOS) team. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls and send emails to potential corporate clients across industries. - - Present and pitch our corporate wellness offerings (e.g., health checkups, wellness camps, seminars, etc.). - - Understand client needs, qualify leads, and set up appointments for the Field Sales team. - - Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status, call notes, and meeting schedules. - - Follow up with leads through calls/emails to ensure high conversion of scheduled meetings. - - Work closely with the FOS team to ensure smooth handover and feedback collection. - - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and appointments fixed. - ---------------------------------------- Required Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). - - Confident and professional telephone etiquette. - - Ability to quickly grasp service offerings and explain them effectively. - - Target-driven, organized, and self-motivated. - - Experience using CRM software or lead management tools is a plus. - ---------------------------------------- Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - - 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles. - ---------------------------------------- What We Offer: - Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. - - Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding wellness company. - - Exposure to leading corporate clients and wellness industry trends. -
