You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. - Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales. Skills and Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
