Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Handle recruitment for workers, staff, and technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and complete joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
2. HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR MIS reports.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Issue letters (confirmation, increment, transfer, etc.) and maintain documentation.
3. Compliance & Statutory:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, ESI, PF, etc.
