Customer Care Associate | Full-Time (On-Site)
LOCATION: PULLEPADY, NEAR MG ROAD, COCHIN

WHAT YOU NEED (Qualifications and Skills)
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. (Hindi is a bonus)
- Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Comfortable with Email, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, and e-commerce operations is a bonus.
- Ability to listen, de-escalate, and solve customer problems.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling customer queries across Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media channels.
- Being knowledgeable and assisting customers across their purchase journey.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams(Logistics providers) to close customer issues.
- Meeting established customer service KPIs, metrics, and goals
- Assisting in training junior team members in the future
Note: This is a full-time, on-site role. Part-timers or students may not be suitable. We’re a lean and focused team, and your full presence during work hours matters.
