Job Title Senior Finance Accounts Officer Location Coonoor Ooty Experience Required 3-10 years Education M Com B Com MBA in Finance Industry Preference Hotel Hospitality Salary 45 000 - 50 000 per month Employment Type Full-time About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Accounts Lead to manage the complete financial operations of our hospitality business The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting and financial expertise hands-on experience with Tally ERP and a solid understanding of statutory compliance This role is perfect for someone who can manage budgets ensure regulatory adherence and deliver valuable financial insights to guide strategic decisions Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end accounting process and maintain accurate financial records Ensure timely compliance with GST TDS and all other statutory requirements Prepare analyze and present MIS reports budgets and financial forecasts Conduct cost and variance analysis manage cash flow and monitor expenditures Handle tax filing audits and ensure timely submission of statutory returns Utilize Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting and financial reporting Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel Pivot Tables VLOOKUP formulas and financial analysis Strong understanding of accounting principles auditing standards and financial compliance Excellent analytical reporting and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills Prior experience in hotel or hospitality finance operations Exposure to CRM systems or advanced accounting software Key Attributes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Analytical mindset with sound decision-making skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team What We Offer Competitive salary package with additional benefits Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A supportive and growth-oriented work culture Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
