About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Lead to manage the complete financial operations of our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting and financial expertise, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and a solid understanding of statutory compliance. This role is perfect for someone who can manage budgets, ensure regulatory adherence, and deliver valuable financial insights to guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end accounting process and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and all other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct cost and variance analysis, manage cash flow, and monitor expenditures.
  • Handle tax filing, audits, and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
  • Utilize Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting and financial reporting.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and financial analysis).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in hotel or hospitality finance operations.
  • Exposure to CRM systems or advanced accounting software.
