Job Title Plant Operator - Lithium-Ion Battery Recycling Plant Location Rasmada Durg Job Type Full-time Experience 2 years preferred Salary Competitive Based on experience About Us We are a growing lithium-ion battery recycling plant focused on sustainable practices and cutting-edge technology Our mission is to reduce environmental impact by efficiently recovering valuable materials from used batteries We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Plant Operator to oversee day-to-day operations at our recycling facility The ideal candidate should be reliable responsible and capable of managing plant activities independently This is a crucial role that involves both technical and operational responsibilities Key Responsibilities Operate monitor and maintain machinery and equipment used in the chemical process Ensure smooth functioning of plant operations on a daily basis Supervise material intake processing and storage Troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality standards Keep accurate records of production downtime and maintenance Assist with process improvements and implement operational efficiencies Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams as needed Report directly to the management Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant operations preferably in chemical or manufacturing industry Diploma ITI Engineering background is preferred Strong understanding of industrial machinery safety protocols and process operations Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership Physically fit and willing to do hands-on work as required Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of battery recycling or hazardous waste handling Basic electrical and mechanical maintenance experience Why Join Us Be a part of the growing green energy and recycling sector Opportunity to grow with the company Dynamic work environment with hands-on learning How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with your updated resume and a short cover letter explaining your experience and why you re a good fit for this role Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Expected Start Date 03 05 2025
