Senior Chemical Engineer - Production Process Chemical Plant Operations Job Type Full-time Experience 6-12 years Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Senior Chemical Engineer to lead production and process operations in our chemical manufacturing plant The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing plant performance process optimization team supervision and compliance with safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily production activities to meet output quality and efficiency targets Supervise reactor distillation and utility operations to ensure smooth plant performance Lead a team of engineers supervisors and operators to maintain optimal plant productivity Analyze process parameters and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives Troubleshoot process deviations and coordinate with maintenance quality and safety teams Plan and execute plant shutdowns startups and equipment commissioning Maintain proper documentation for production logs process records and regulatory compliance Ensure adherence to SOPs ISO GMP standards and safety protocols HSE Support process design modifications scale-up activities and new product trials Collaborate with R D and management for process development and technology transfer Requirements Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Chemical Engineering 6-12 years of experience in chemical petrochemical or process manufacturing industries Strong understanding of unit operations process control and utilities Experience with DCS PLC-based plant systems preferred Proven leadership and team management skills Knowledge of safety standards environmental compliance and quality systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability Benefits Competitive salary and annual performance incentives PF ESI and statutory benefits Opportunities for leadership growth and technical training Professional and safety-oriented work culture Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 701 93 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
