Summary A graphic artist or designer is responsible for creating visual content that communicates messages and ideas effectively and should have strong artistic skills a keen eye for detail creativity proficiency in design software and the ability to communicate ideas visually Key responsibilities - Create visually appealing graphics for websites social media and marketing campaigns - Design PowerPoint presentations and decks that effectively communicate key messages and data - Develop creative concepts and designs for promotional materials including banners flyers and advertisements - Design and layout website elements ensuring a consistent and professional look - Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality - Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions - Work with clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field - Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere and After Effects - Experience with web design tools and software e g Sketch Figma - Knowledge of HTML CSS is a plus - Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members - Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency - Ability to manage time efficiently meet project deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges ref updazz com
