Roles and Responsibilities: · To Identify and vetting prospective carriers to build a sales pipeline. · To gather information from clients to determine their shipping needs · To obtain shipping quotes from carriers and passing them on to clients · To book freight service through carriers for clients. · To coordinate the pickup and drop off of shipments. · To monitor the progress of shipments to ensure that goods arrive promptly and undamaged. · To update customer management software to keep client records accurate · To advise clients on potential supply chain issues · To Maintain current knowledge of US freight carrier services and be effective in attracting new customers and ensuring customer retention. Skills Required : · Must have 1+ year of experience as a Freight Broker in logistics. · Must be able to achieve the target or driven toward the same goal. · Must be Familiar with logistics software, customer relationship management software and spreadsheets · Must have strong problem-solving abilities to find solutions to issues that arise before, during and after shipments · Must have well-honed negotiating skills to get the best possible quotes for customers · Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with carriers and clients located around the world · Must have analytical skills to determine which carriers offer the right set of services for various clients Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Job Type: Full-time (Mohali) Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift US shift
