The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating freight shipments, managing customer accounts, ensuring effective dispatching, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating rates with carriers, managing freight schedules, resolving shipment issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications - Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations - Strong skills in Customer Service and Dispatching - Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Proficiency in logistics software and technology is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
