Job Description Role Description - Monitor continuing airworthiness by tracking aircraft technical status, managing deferred and repetitive defects, ensuring compliance with ADs, SBs, and MODs, maintaining reliability data, and supporting updates to the Approved Maintenance Program (AMP). - Plan and manage aircraft maintenance schedules based on flying hours, cycles, and calendar limits; - Maintain and update aircraft logbooks, component histories, and technical records in compliance with DGCA requirements; - Ensure adherence to DGCA regulations (CAR-M, CAR-CAMO, CAR-145, CAR-66, etc.) and internal procedures; coordinate with DGCA, OEMs, and vendors for regulatory compliance and technical data; - Manage aircraft and component data within CAMO/maintenance systems (e.g., FlyPal, AMOS, RAMCO, TRAX); Skills Mandatory: - Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices & have cleared DGCA Paper I & II or equivalent modules. - Comprehensive knowledge of: i. CAR M and CAR-CAMO, and any associated requirements and procedures. ii. The need for, and content of, the relevant parts of the Operations Manual when applicable. iii. HF principles iv. safety management systems - Knowledge of quality systems. - Five years aviation experience of which at least four years for CAMO work experience. Other Details Relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education acceptable to DGCA. relevant engineering degree means an engineering degree from aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic or other studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft/aircraft components.
