Job Description Job Summary - The Program Manager will lead multiple technology-driven projects and programs across IndiGo's B2C marketplace ecosystem, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management, from planning and execution to delivery and closure while maintaining alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, design, development, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects within scope, time, and budget. A strong technical foundation, analytical mindset, and leadership capability are essential to succeed in this role. - Experience in Aviation, Travel, or Hospitality-related projects will be an advantage, as will exposure to consumer-facing (B2C) platforms and digital transformation initiatives. Roles & Resposibilties Program & Project Management - Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. Strategic Planning & Execution - Define project goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and marketplace strategy. Resource & Budget Management - Oversee allocation of budgets, manage vendor relationships, and ensure optimal resource utilization. Agile Delivery - Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to drive collaboration and accountability within delivery teams. Risk & Issue Management - Identify potential project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges. Stakeholder Communication - Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and project reviews. Process Optimization - Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and performance enhancements to drive delivery efficiency. People Leadership - Mentor team members, foster innovation, and build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
