About the role The Assistant Manager / Manager – Data Management is responsible for overseeing data operations, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery across aviation asset portfolios. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to support client needs and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Leadership & Operational Excellence - Take full ownership of work delivered by self and team, consistently striving for precision and excellence. - Plan and complete delegated tasks to a high standard, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks. - Support daily prioritization of team activities by reviewing timelines and ensuring high-impact tasks are addressed first. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and proactive problem-solving across the team. - Step into or support other roles when needed to maintain continuity and team effectiveness. 🔹 Technical Excellence - Conduct detailed reviews of technical records provided by aircraft lessors to identify gaps and document discrepancies. - Provide expert guidance to clients during asset delivery, redelivery, and pre-purchase phases through comprehensive record audits (AD, SB, STC, MODs, DFPs, LDND, HT, OCCM, ARC, BTB, etc.). - Prepare back-to-birth binders for life-limited parts (LLPs) of Engines, APUs, and Landing Gears. - Draft technical specifications of aviation assets for marketing and client reference. - Monitor asset utilization (Aircraft, Engines, APUs) and update LLP disk sheets accordingly. - Draft statements and status reports for assets based on client requirements. 🔹 Data Integrity & Reporting - Review, monitor, and update software systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry. - Prepare and circulate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with client agreements and internal procedures. - Assist in preparing periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual) as required. 🔹 Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, operators, and internal departments to ensure seamless data flow and service delivery. - Coordinate across teams to ensure quality, end-to-end service for clients and stakeholders. 🔹 Training & Knowledge Sharing - Conduct topic-based familiarization and refresher training sessions to enhance team capability and ensure operational readiness. 🔹 SPARTA Demonstrations & Software Support - Take responsibility for preparing and delivering SPARTA demos as required by business needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to support software development and mitigate risks related to data systems. 🔹 Compliance & Confidentiality - Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols and maintain confidentiality of all client and asset-related information. 🔹 Other Duties - Perform additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by management to support evolving business needs.
