Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Public Relations Specialist for a full-time position at our Jaipur headquarters. This junior-level role is ideal for those with one to three years of relevant experience in marketing and public relations. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance our brand presence and engage effectively with our audience. Qualifications and Skills - Excellent client relations (Mandatory skill) to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Proven ability in event pitches (Mandatory skill) to create compelling presentations for diverse audiences. - Effective presentation skills for corporates (Mandatory skill) with attention to detail and audience engagement. - Strong skills in event coordination to organize and manage seamless corporate events from start to finish. - Experience in project coordination ensuring that all marketing and PR projects are well-organized and goals are met. - Knowledge of corporate events to plan and execute successful events that enhance the company's reputation. - Proficient in business development strategies to identify opportunities for brand and business growth. - Capability in client approaching to effectively communicate and offer tailored solutions meeting client needs. Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to elevate Nexus Jobs brand visibility and reputation. - Coordinate corporate events and ensure smooth execution, from planning stages to post-event evaluation. - Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations for corporate clients and potential partners. - Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address their needs. - Collaborate with the business development team to explore new opportunities and foster growth. - Conduct research and analyze trends to identify new marketing and PR opportunities for the company. - Write and distribute press releases that effectively convey the organization's announcements and achievements. - Maintain effective communication both internally and externally to ensure all public relations efforts align with the company's goals.
