Job Description Marketing & PR Specialist Location: Sector 10, Noida Type: Full-Time Experience: 13 years About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & PR Specialist to manage outreach initiatives, handle university and client communication, oversee social media content, and support brand positioning across all platforms. The role also includes podcast scripting, and basic audio editing, so familiarity with podcast tools is essential. Key Responsibilities 1. Outreach & Partnerships * Conduct structured outreach to universities, incubators, innovation hubs, and partner institutions * Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for leads, partners, and clients * Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups * Support coordination for workshops, events, and campus activities 2. PR & Communication * Draft and refine communication material such as emails and business proposals * Ensure clear, consistent brand messaging across digital channels 3. Social Media & Content * Curate, schedule, and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms * Coordinate ideation, scriptwriting, and execution of marketing & PR content * Collaborate with internal teams for exchange of information * Track content performance and assist in optimisation 4. Podcast Support * Write episode scripts, talking points, and research briefs * Edit audio using platforms such as Audacity * Upload and manage content through Spotify for Podcasters * Create podcast artwork, and promotional creatives via Canva 5. Lead & Client Management * Handle incoming leads across digital platforms * Manage pipeline trackers and ensure timely responses * Coordinate with clients and provide documentation when required 6. Marketing Operations * Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns * Maintain internal sheets, outreach logs, and project trackers * Support all day-to-day marketing and PR activities across both brands Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, PR, or a related field * 13 years of experience in marketing, PR, content, or outreach roles * Strong communication and writing skills * Ability to multitask and manage deadlines * Comfort with external communication and relationship-building * Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, and basic content tools * Experience with Spotify and WordPress Preferred Skills * Basic audio editing * Scriptwriting for podcasts or videos * Understanding of PR strategy and brand positioning * Strong organisational and follow-up skills What We're Looking For An organised, proactive individual who can confidently handle outreach, communication, content, and podcast workflows someone who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and represents the brand professionally.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
