Sr Executive - Proto Csutomer order Handling proto and customer orders products Receive sort and store proto products and ensuring they are in the correct location bin Ensure timely and accurate customer order products dispatches Manage the processing and shipping of customer orders from start to finish Conduct physical inventory counts for proto products and reconcile differences with computerized inventory Oversee and manage inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing products Processing customer orders ensuring accuracy and completeness and tracking order progress Tracking customer order shipments coordinating with logistics providers and resolving any delivery issues Working with other teams such as sales and manufacturing to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction Maintaining accurate records of orders inventory and customer communications Identifying areas for improvement in order processing and inventory management to enhance efficiency and customer service Skills and Qualifications Familiarity with inventory management systems order processing software and relevant industry standards 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations inventory management or order processing preferably in the jewellery industry Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills as well as the ability to work effectively with other stakeholders Proficiency in using computer systems spreadsheets and other relevant software
