Location MohaliCity MohaliState Punjab IN-PB Country India IN Requisition Number 35688JOB DESCRIPTIONDRAFDRTBusiness Title Team Lead - Continuous Improvement RPA Effective Date Global Job Title Reports to position General Manager CI RPA Global Function Continuous Improvement Global Department Continuous Improvement RPA We re in search of a intelligent CI RPA Team Lead who will provide broad oversight and guidance for our medium sized team that develops maintains integrates and implements intelligent Automations Mini Apps RPA Automations software solutions within the organization In this role you will lead individuals who design develops conduct testing Quality assurance configuration installation and support to ensure smooth stable and timely implementation of new solutions and updates to installed applications Provide leadership directions to develop information technology strategies Policies and plans Monitor and assign staff to translate business requirements into application requirements Recommend solutions or improvement to business processes using new technology or alternative uses of existing technology Direct identifying and analyzing business needs gathering requirement and define scope and objectives to make business decisions Develop plans and deliver result in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment While leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors Coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring performance and disciplinary actions You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in the organization to ensure staff selections align with current future needs Describe the strategic impact of the role Using dollars and or numbers list the pertinent statistics of the position which clarify major areas of impact Examples are of employees supervised annual budget annual sales revenue Develop and foster new and existing relationship with management consultants and users to understand business priorities while compiling and prioritizing enhancements defect resolution to the solutions Provide broad oversight and guidance for activities which includes analysis of business requirements and preparation of detailed technical specifications to write application and Program Help setting up high level direction strategic and technical planning of system application technology in accordance with internal and external software compliance standards Develop plans and deliver result in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment While leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors Coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring performance and disciplinary actions You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in the organization to ensure staff selections align with current future needs Measurable outcomes that the position contributes to Responsible to create Best-in-class RPA Center of excellence by providing Robust and Best-in-class RPA Project deliveries Responsible to achieve best-in-class Bot Utilization Annually 20 improvement in End-to-end Process KPIs until best in class Develop Business case for Senior leadership team to get their sign - off for expansion of Organization s RPA Program to next stage with new and improved software Manage and Maintain Change Request sign-off from the Functional leader to ensure respective headcount is released so that benefit can be realized in Organization s PNL Responsible to create a strong pipeline At least for next 2 years for sustainability of the RPA Program Ensure 100 Adherence to organization s Sox and legal compliances policies while automating any RPA Process Drive Scheduling of Daily weekly Monthly discussion with Process team to discuss and identify improvement opportunities in the activities deployed in Prod environment Ontime and accurate Process Automation delivery Automation CSAT score of 3 5 and above in a scale of 1 to 5 where 5 is highest Major Opportunities and Decisions Describe the more difficult and or complex challenges or opportunities and decisions faced in doing work improving processes or meeting customer needs Where must position focus to be successful Ability to build Servant Leadership model in the organization to insure that Priorities are according to organization s decision and not as per their own decision Experience with Agile development methodology to take care about changing requirements of the functional team Work with Functional team leader to help them identifying various opportunities to improve deployed Processes to minimize exceptions and Average handling time Ontime and errorless delivery of the automation project Describe the level of management and leadership skills required for the role Identify key specialties technical and knowledge areas necessary to accomplish responsibilities and desired results Must have Quality that future leaders will want to hone Must have Ability to understand complex RPA Process and to identify areas of improvement Must have ability to understand the goals of the organization and act accordingly to help organization achiving the Goals Must have ability to analyze and resolve all the issues within RPA Projects in a short time Must have ability to understand what their customers Functional Team do and why they do it to avoid any business impact while managing the RPA Project solutioning Team Player Self-Managed Self-motivated and able to handle entire RPA progem independently without the help guidance by other leadership team External Internal Working with executive leadership they select and prioritize projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals Provide training to other team members on Automation techniques Provide enhanced level of customer service to internal and external groups Bunge Global Bunge APAC Counterparties and Statutory teams Drive Automation CSAT score post delivery of each automation project to make sure that the requirement of the requestor is met Monthly discussion with stakeholders and resolution of their queries to make sure no impact on business Monthly weekly and daily reporting to Functional leader and CI RPA Lead Periodical audit for all the RPA Program documentation Identify knowledge and specific technical competencies to accomplish the desired end results Some examples are licenses certifications and knowledge and abilities Experience with Agile development methodology Experience with Databases SQL or NoSQL often preferred Knowledge of RPA Management and handling Understanding of workflow-based logic Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Superior time and project management skills Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences Excellent problem solving analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods Ability to work through ambiguous situations Excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated able to work independently and able to take initiative without always being directed Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects Note For behavior competencies please refer to the Bunge Leadership ModelEducation Experience Identify types and length of education and experience needed to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to accomplish the desired end results Some examples are education training and years of experience Minimum Education Qualification -
