Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Upwork Bidding and IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork and other online platforms, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms to generate business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and present appropriate solutions to clients.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT services and solutions.
- Proven track record in generating business from Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services, Web & Mobile Development, and AI.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Experience in client handling and business communication.
