Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Actively search, identify, and connect with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers (primarily via LinkedIn and professional networks).
- Build and nurture strong corporate relationships to drive placement opportunities for our trained students.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
- Promote students profiles and achievements to potential employers.
- Track placement activities and maintain detailed reports of student outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and align strategies accordingly.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Proven experience in recruitment, placements, or corporate relations (EdTech/Training sector experience is a plus).
- Strong LinkedIn networking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
