Public and Resident Relations Maintain positive and professional relationships with residents families and guests Act as the primary point of contact for resident communication and feedback Address and resolve concerns or complaints in a timely and courteous manner Ensure smooth communication between residents management and external parties 2 Event Management Plan organize and execute corporate cultural and social events Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal departments for event logistics Prepare event budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation Manage event branding invitations schedules and post-event feedback Maintain event records photos and reports for documentation 3 Corporate Communication and Branding Support internal and external communication activities Assist in creating promotional materials newsletters and press releases Manage social media presence and coordinate with the communications team Represent the organization in public events and media interactions when required 4 Administrative Support Maintain records related to events guest lists and feedback reports Assist in developing communication strategies and annual event calendars Support in developing and maintaining a positive workplace culture Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Public Relations Event Management or a related field 4-7 years of experience in event coordination hospitality or relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
