Role Overview We are seeking anAudience Growth Managerwith strong experience in scalinglarge-scale content websites. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of driving bothorganic and paid trafficbeyond the 2M monthly users mark, while enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and audience retention across platforms. Department:Marketing / Growth Organization:CoinGape Asia's Largest Crypto Media Publication Key Responsibilities - Develop and executecomprehensive audience growth strategiesto scale traffic across website, app, and social platforms. - Manage and optimize growth forhigh-traffic content websites(2M+ monthly users). - Build integratedorganic and paid marketing funnelsto expand user reach, engagement, and conversions. - Collaborate with SEO, content, and product teams to boostsearch visibility,CTR, andpage performance. - Plan and implementpaid campaigns(Google Ads, Meta, X, YouTube, etc.) targeting high ROI and quality audience. - Analyze performance metrics, user behavior, and retention data to identify growth opportunities. - Drivesocial media growth strategiesacross Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube focusing on engagement and follower expansion. - Identify and replicate successful campaigns and content formats that have driven performance improvements in the past 6 months. - Work closely with editorial and analytics teams toforecast, measure, and optimize audience growth goals. Requirements - 47 years of experience inaudience growth, digital marketing, or growth strategyforlarge-scale content/media websites. - Proven ability tomanage websites with 2M+ monthly traffic. - Strong understanding ofSEO, SEM, paid acquisition, and organic audience development. - Experience in runningdata-driven social media and paid marketing campaigns. - Hands-on expertise with tools likeGoogle Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, and major ad platforms. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience in themedia, fintech, or crypto industrywill be a strong advantage.
