Job description Job Title Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer Qualifications Education Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience Professional Experience 8-9 years in QA QC roles preferably within EPC Engineering Procurement and Construction projects Job Duration Minimum of 1 year with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance QA Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures Ensure strict adherence to project specifications industry standards and regulatory requirements Quality Control QC Perform inspections and testing of materials equipment and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards Verify that all project deliverables meet or exceed quality expectations Documentation Keep accurate and up-to-date records of inspections test results and certifications Prepare and submit detailed reports to management and clients on quality progress Non-Conformance Management Identify document and track any non-conformance issues Recommend corrective and preventive actions to address and resolve quality concerns Coordination and Communication Collaborate closely with site engineers contractors and vendors to ensure quality compliance Communicate quality requirements clearly to all team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Audits and Reviews Participate in both internal and external quality audits Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency Certifications NDT-ASNT Level 2 Certification in relevant methods e g Ultrasonic Testing UT Radiographic Testing RT Magnetic Particle Testing MT and Penetrant Testing PT Industry Experience Preferred industries Refinery Oil Gas Power Plants Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Raigarh Chhattisgarh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Do you have experience in fabrication erection storage tanks Do you have experience in refinery oil gas power plants Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9868110098
