Designation : QA/QC Supervisor/ QA/QC Technician

Responsible for inspection of incoming materials.

Checking Fit-up alignment, dimensions & weld visual as per drawings and specifications. Coordinating inspection activities at site, keeping a track at progress and updating same to clint.

Verification of welding consumables as per WPS. Monitoring and controlling the work quality as per the approved specification, codes, standards and drawings (P&ID and Isometric drawings).

Incoming Material Inspection and review (Pipes, fittings and Welding Consumables, DPT Consumables).

Monitoring constructions activity during online activities and found discrepancies raising Observations/NCR in taking effective corrective actions for their closure.
