Job Description Description We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager to lead our design projects, ensuring a seamless integration of aesthetics and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing interior design projects, from initial concept through to final implementation, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities - Plan and manage interior design projects from concept through completion. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project timelines. - Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments. - Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and fixtures in accordance with project specifications and budgets. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in interior project management or design. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
