About the Role We are looking for a versatile and experienced Developer Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills in Java and Spring Boot, hands-on experience with AWS services, and solid frontend expertise in Angular. You will work closely with the product team to analyze requirements, estimate implementation efforts, and ensure smooth delivery. A key part of the role involves debugging and resolving production issues across the stack. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain backend services using Java 17, Spring, and Spring Boot - Build and manage applications using Maven and Gradle - Design and implement responsive UI components using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Deploy and manage applications on AWS (ECS, RDS, S3) - Collaborate with the product team to analyze requirements and estimate development efforts - Debug and resolve production issues across backend and frontend systems - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers - Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications Required Skills - Strong developer with 5+ years experience having proficiency in Java 17, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot - Experience with Angular (latest versions), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Familiarity with Maven and Gradle - Hands-on experience with AWS services like ECS, RDS, and S3 - Proven ability to debug and resolve production issues across the stack - Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.) - Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
