The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior sales, home automation solutions, and high-net-worth individual (HNI) clientele management. This role demands a consultative selling approach, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of luxury living and smart home technology. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth across premium interior and home automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, builders, and end clients to deliver seamless and innovative automation experiences that elevate modern living. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the home automation and luxury interior segment. - Identify and engage with HNI clients, architects, interior designers, and developers to generate new business opportunities. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations showcasing smart home automation solutions including lighting control, AV systems, security, climate control, and motorized blinds. - Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their lifestyle needs and offering tailor-made automation solutions that enhance comfort, convenience, and aesthetics. - Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping, pricing, and delivery timelines. - Stay updated on the latest trends in smart home technology, interior design, and luxury living, positioning the company as a trusted advisor to clients. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms while maintaining profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and build strategic partnerships. - Provide regular reports, market insights, and sales forecasts to the leadership team. Desired Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience (3–12 years) in sales within interior design, home automation, luxury products, or related industries. - Strong network within the architect, interior designer, and builder community. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage affluent clients confidently. - Deep understanding of home automation technologies and their integration within modern interior environments. - Demonstrated success in handling HNI clients and delivering premium customer experiences. - Strong negotiation, business development, and closing skills. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. A background in luxury interiors or home automation will be an added advantage.
