Sap Solution Manager

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Operational Activities: - Maintain Solution Manager scenarios, technical monitoring, job monitoring, and fix errors. - Provide support for ChaRM and apply SAP notes where applicable. - Monitor alerts, troubleshoot false alerts, and resolve technical issues. - Enable and support monitoring topics in Solution Manager. - Analyze and resolve incidents and transport problems (ITSM & CTS). Project & Strategic Activities: - Execute SolMan upgrades, configure BPMon, Test Suite, and migrate to SAP Cloud ALM. - Plan and prepare solution architecture strategies to integrate applications across On-Premise and Cloud. - Recommend approaches for migration and integration of applications. - Design, debug, and perform performance analysis on solutions. - Document and share best practices, work instructions, and SolMan configuration documentation. - Advocate process improvements and develop optimized solutions. Configuration & Integration: - Comprehensive customizing of Solution Manager scenarios. - Integrate SolMan and TOSCA for testing and transport release management. - Configure reports such as EWA, SLR, DVM, Scope & Effort Analyzer with CCLM and UPL/SCMON. - Configure Focused Insights dashboards. - Implement ChaRM, workflow, and approval process configurations. - Manage SOLMAN_SETUP, managed system configuration, business process monitoring, and maintenance. - Support CTS, cCTS, CTS+, SOLDOC integration, ITSM, and project & process management configurations.
