Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.  What you'll do  As a CoE Engineer for ALM and DevOps (SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run, Cloud ALM), you would be working with our global customers in implementing the various features of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) portfolios and help our customers achieve success on their Solution Implementation and Operations. The job requires a high-level understanding of how large organizations implement and operate their SAP Hybrid Solutions. Also, it requires dynamic skills on deeper understanding of the various functionalities of ALM and Devops which involves implementation, support, troubleshooting and positioning. What you bring  5-10 years of experience and deep knowledge on the architecture of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps. Hands on experience in implementation of Build and Run capabilities of SAP Solution Manager. Expertise in configuring the System and Application Monitoring (SAP Run Like a Factory), Business Process Operations, Change Management, Test Suite (Tricentis) etc Good Hands on experience in SAP Focused Run, Focused Build and Focused Insights Good understanding of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), SAP Cloud Platform / Business Technology Platform (BTP) Experience in ABAP development for integrating Solution Manager to other ITSM tools Exposure to SAP System and Database (Preferably HANA) Administration Exposure to any programming language is an added advantage Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within client company Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services Certification in Solution Manager related topics Experience with System Upgrades, OS/DB migrations and HANA migration projects preferred Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP Activate project methodology and accelerators, including RDS and Best Practices Meet your team  SAP Customer Success – Premium Hub team is recognized for its world-class service and support offerings.
