The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in the field to meet clients and prospects. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calls. - Meet potential customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with customers. - Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback. - Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer visit updates. - Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer support, finance) to ensure smooth order execution. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools. Qualifications & Experience: - Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply. ISMS Responsibilities: - Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures, and objectives; - Actively participate in ISMS exercises; - Request access to information from their Team Leaders/ Executives; - Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk. - Protect the secrecy of passwords; and - Protect information assets used by them against compromise of the confidentiality, integrity or availability.
