Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a USA Admin cum Account Associate located in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks, customer service interactions, account management, and providing support with financial and analytical tasks. The associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or Inter CA
- well verse in Client Communication in English
- Possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
- Demonstrate excellent Analytical Skills and Account Management capabilities
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in administrative and financial roles is advantageous
