Job Summary As a Senior Technical Writer at Irth Solutions, you will play a crucial role in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for our B2B SaaS products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support, to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of both technical and non technical users. The ideal candidate will have a passion for simplifying complex technical concepts and translating them into user-friendly documentation.
