We’re passionate about our people, our customers, our values, and our culture About the role Calling all storytellers: Cradlewise is looking for a Content Writer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about research, uncovering engaging untold stories, and crafting service-driven long-tail stories that parents will reference time and time again. This role will balance editorial creativity with the ability to lean into data-driven SEO insights to grow Cradlewise’s organic website traffic and position the brand as a thought leader in the baby care and maternal wellness space. What you will do - Ideate and write compelling sleep and wellness-based blogs, website copy, Google ads, product/service descriptions, and more. - Explore and implement opportunities to develop new content formats. - - Identify valuable older content that can be updated for current audiences - Work with the growth team to review and update metadata throughout the website and blog - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop service-oriented content packages for new feature releases and major occasions. - - Track U.S. search trends to identify high-potential topics for parents, ensuring content is both timely and fully optimized. - Metrics-driven approach to writing content meant to reach a wide audience. - Maintaining SEO best practices to ensure recent content retains a competitive edge and fulfills parents’ needs. What will set you up for success - Strong writing skills, and ideally 3 - 5 years of writing experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Journalism, or English is required. - Proficiency in conducting thorough research from credible sources, especially for topics related to parenting, baby care, and technology in the baby product industry. - A keen eye for grammar, syntax, and fact-checking to ensure error-free, polished content. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - A strong understanding of Cradlewise’s brand voice and ability to communicate its message with consistency. - Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, keyword research and web analytics. - Experience with content management systems like WordPress. - Ability to generate original ideas for creative and engaging content. - Ability to write autonomously and maintain edits. - Excellent organizational, planning, and collaboration skills. - Previous experience with parenting brands or being a parent yourself is a huge plus What We Offer: - Medical Insurance - Fast professional growth: Significant responsibility for your project. - Opportunity to apply in practice and rapidly grow your knowledge.
