The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves working closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, providing product information, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale. Qualifications - Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills - Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills - Account Management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experience in the education industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
